Why would we want to provide aid to Iran?
They hate us.
They support terrorism against us.
They consider us their enemies.

Strike three your out.

Iran is rich enough. If their people live in tents, it is something that they should deal with on their own. They can take the money they are putting into developing nuclear weapons against us and use it to build homes for the Iranians.
