Everyone who consumes oil is responsible for the world's economy being dependent upon ME oil supplies. There are some who are more responsible than others. For example those who vote to block alternative transportation or energy sources. A small clique of the wealthy and powerful benefit financially by preventing alternatives to the oil economy. Bush is a prime example of the corruption of this group. TP
