To look at a break out chart like RSTG that has been dormant for a period and then suddenly moves up like this one is hard to place any technical meaning behind it or predict where it might go because of the lack of previous “like” chart history.

I looked at the fundamentals of the company and didn’t see any news releases the past few days so the price is moving on insider information.

If you read the two news releases below it would appear that RSTG seems to be on the verge of some military and automotive contracts. If I read how the company is structured correctly, they are going to sell “licenses” to their technology rather than to manufacture the product. I believe that RAMBUS did the same thing with their software technology and is why their stock was such a high flyer. I.e. low overhead.

One last comment is that I believe this company is actually an OTCBB stock and the true ticker symbol is RSTG.OB.

The stock is just one year old and it looks like support is at and a good price to enter the stock would be at the $8.00 level.
