All this horse chit about advanced technology and 300mm fabs makes me laugh. Those guys will just kill each other many times over. Meanwhile there will be too many hi tech chips on the market and prices will fall below cost. New uses will be found for the swamp of chips on supply, and some ancient technology will make it possible for the new use. But there will be very few fabs left that can meet this new demand for old tech chips, and the remaining old fabs will make money like bandits. It's happened so many times -g-
