BTW, it is also inaccurate to state that Rather recanted as soon as he became aware the documents were frauds....despite overwhelming evidence that the documents were phony he continued to insist for days that they were real and his sources were "unimpeachable".....as I said, Rather is lower than pond scum......and it is a disgrace that he is still allowed to pollute the airwaves.... J.
