Those of us who are shareholders, must STOP this, it is in our power, just refuse to allow the issuance of new options at the next shareholders meeting.

Easiest way to do that is do what I did.... sell the stock and look for technology companies with similar earnings growth that use the cash flow and earnings to reward stockholders with growing stockholder equity and dividends.
