I think SI has some cross over posters from Yahoo, Raging Bull and IHUB. The Internet message boards as far as stocks (serious boards like SI) have grown much smaller since the crash of 2000. Many of the investors who were doing a day job as a teacher and also watching a stock ticker in the class room in Reagan’s America are now gone.

I don’t mean to draw a political debate onto this board in fact I won’t have it. There was a time when you could throw money at a dot com and chances were you would make money in return. Those days are over but the days of careful investing and trading are returning.

I agree with you in that there are few places that a serious investor can go on the internet to gain cutting edge knowledge. Yahoo is the last place to go.
