I see you have interesting picks - some of them i have too, but mostly based on the buying i have seen. Yes its a different approach to a formal tax loss selling criteria. Somehow it is like minimum tax burden selling. Sell those ones which are down for the year.

Regarding you remark whether Q plays the wrong stocks: the ultimate judgement will be made by Mr. Market towards end january when the january effect peters out and the volatility comes back. There is no fuckin' way to determine right now that Q is possibly playing the wrong stocks. In fact, I may end up looking at those again and buying some (LIPD and MTMD are the imo best ones).

NOVT is dirt cheap. And yes NOVT has too little cash its only some 30 Mil.
