Is your RPM Technologies stock promotion similar to the TEVT stock promotion in which you, Allen Wolfson, Richard Surber And Hudson Consulting sued TEVT as you bashed it using numerous anonymous aliases? It looks like the RPM stock scam may be more lucrative. RPM seems to cower to lawsuits, unlike TEVT, who kicked your azz. Is stockupticks.com still profiling RPMM?

As of December 31, 2003, the Company has completed some initial market demand studies and remains in the research and development phase on this product. No identifiable market demand has been recognized and no sales have been made. In September 2003, the Company issued 35,715 shares of restricted, unregistered stock to complete this transaction to avoid threatened litigation over alleged non-performance on the part of the Company related to the utilization and marketing of this product. In the event that the Company can successfully bring this product to market, the Company will be liable for a royalty payment of approximately $7.50 per unit sold. RPMM 10KSB, 2003

It appears that the guys who bring these junk issues public know they're failures. Toxic financing is offered and when the failed ventures are about to flat-line, lawsuits, settled with more shares, are threatened. Great racket!
