I am of the opinion that all OTCBB companies are greater risks vs. reward plays then a company that is listed on the NYSE simply because of the reporting requirements. Most of these small companies tend to be legitimate but unfortunately the OTCBB has a shady history as a place for scam artist both from the company as well as the investor end of things. Time will tell about RSTG. The research that I have done makes it look like a pretty good company. Reid
