Rob: Please, do not misunderstanding me, I am not attacking anyone, I am just trying to read a balance sheet and a P&L statement (for lack of any better info) and come to some conlusion. Look at you own numbers, after the split we had 900,000 shares now we have 3 MM, and they keep printing certificates. (by the way, someone reported that post split there where only about 400,000 shares, but what is 500,000 shares between friends <VBG>? Zeev
