The article mentions liquidation within 6-9 months. With our luck, they're probably talking about the Rockies.

We need to get a look at those 144's to see what is going on. I imagine each 144 is a sell to a different buyer. Who's buying and how much remains to be seen. Quote.com sends me notice of any block trades of companies I'm tracking. I did not see anything last week on Ramtron. The notice will indicate volume and amount--nothing on who BOT. Maybe they were just jockeying for position last week with the hammer coming down soon.

Ramtron has indicated they are working to place these shares with the least amount of disturbance. Guess we'll know soon if they were blowing smoke.

There may be a buying opportunity near term. I've sold all the way up to $9. Presently, I'm holding a few meager shares looking to buy back on weakness (below $8). I suggest anyone owning continue to hold and anyone wanting in or more buy on weakness (not all at once however). I'm predicting the Rohm announcement will challenge our recent high of 9 1/2. So do your own math on how much you want to make and how much you want to invest. An $8 trade has a likely yield of $1.50 near term. If the Rohm announcement doesn't make it back 9 1/2, there's always the Hitachi announcement which will follow in a month or so.

The odds appear to be in the favor of the one with guts. Don't get me wrong Folks, I'm not suggesting you morgage the house. The future is not that solid, just be Bold and have some fun playing the game.
