Looks like about 5 million shares are to be issued @ around $7 per share. sec.gov Nice dilution there. Individual. Inc is at 2 11/16 and Data Broadcasting Corp. is in the low $5 dollar range. Not sure if they are dead ducks or just kind of beaten down like many of the inforamation providers. I think the latter. Seems like the price might be right for possible acquisition or merger. Any thoughts? Dave
