Cisco; Read about Westergaard; He seems like a grasshopper. Sits there quietly, and then when triggered files up in the air end over end in uncontrolled flight with no knowledge of his starting position or ending position. Pluvia rained on his stock with rational reasonable comments. And W flew into uncontrolled flight, when he had landed he backed off quite a bit. In fact W seems to be a standard stock tout with a camouflage of whole cloth that does not fool the SEC one bit. One fine day he will have to choke up some money he has spent already. Wait for it.
