This year was also tougher for me than last to come up with a list, which I guess might be something of a warning about my views of the market. All at Friday's close:

CTIC 20% - nothing ventured...
ARQL 10% - seeing as everyone else has it too
CBST 10% - some more traction on dapto
EXEL 10% - lots of interesting cancer targets
MOGN 10% - continued Aloxi strength gets reflected in price
MSHL 10% - my long shot for a miracle cancer drug
NTII 10% - traction on their stroke drug
OSCI 10% - partnership for Factive
Telk 10% - partnership for Telcyta

Again, I own all of these, but this looks nothing at all like my overall porfolio. SEPR and ELN are perhaps getting too big to play in this competition, with SEPR facing some challenges this year. But I must say I was still tempted by ELN.
