Saw it, but it doesn't seem to be a very credible source. What data are they basing their rankings on? All I see is the rank, not how much in total $ or as percent of GDP or $ per capita.

BTW, did you notice the deafening silence again, once I posted how stingy Muslims are for tsunami relief? It seems that no one wants to defend the Muslim countries for their lack giving. That alone is a pretty telling indictment of their bankrupt culture.
