Mr.Stock, TRKN has good technogies, but no production tool. Let's do a very simple calculation. TRKN has 14M outstanding shares, and EPS is -$11.89. It will take long time to have positive ESP. To buy a company don't have to buy 100% of its shares. For some big companies, TRKN is only worth 150K to 200K of their shares.
