Yes, you are right - "there are crooks everywhere" and as a trader
you certainly know that "legitimate" shorters make the world go round (volume). I watch this company because I beleive it has potential, but quite frankly I see no reason why at this time one should pay more for it than it is. I want this company to succeed because of it's technology (and that is the only way it will succeed). I don't have anything against calling in for your certs, I just would like people to stay focused on the technology. Also, the reason I said you can't
sell undeclared shorts on NASDAQ is because there is a governing body
to nail the MM's that do so (not to imply that it never goes on - and I stand to be corrected on that point), but there is no governing body other than the SEC (which doesn't know which way is up) on BB stocks, and undeclared shorting is a way of life there.

I hope we all get rich!!!!
