You give Tony too much credit. Tony was not doing all this to expose scammy companies. He did it to inflate his wallet. If it was for the sole purpose of exposing scams, why did he back off from exposing SEVU after receiving a bundle of shares? Not only that, Tony used the sensitive info he obtained from Royer, shared it with his members to trade for profit. And in return, received kick back in the form of subscription fees. He pretty much sold the info to his sheeples. If you don't call that a criminal act, I don't know what is.
