Your post identifies lots of questions for which there are answers. Why are people still wailing out questions? There should be a team of people in there sorting this out. They'll have spreadsheets of the anomalies. They'll have law and policies and procedures and voting results to review and people to interview. This is not rocket science. I've done it scores of times. You come up with explanations for the various anomalies and attribute them to design flaws or sloppiness or fraud or whatever it turns out they are. And then we know. Just wailing questions is unhelpful. Suggesting that the answer to each question is "those damn Democrats" with no basis other than suspicion is even worse.
