<If I single- handedly save someone from drowning, does my "unilateralness" make it wrong"?> Assuming the person wants to be saved, the act is not unilateral at all -- it is based on mutual consent which is the actionable cause for helping somebody in the circumstance you describe. As for rape -- as I have said, the number of people involved does not legitimize the act.
