You're right to ask the question,

The Pluvia and Princess Di matters are only related in that they show how yours truly and George Will think alike and out of the norm. What I try to do at Westergaard Online is to tell investors not just what I think about things but how I get there. I like to believe I have an ability to sort things out in their proper sequence.

For all the tragedy of Princess Di's death and the horror of what those children are going through, my view of the matter is colored by wonderment over the fact that they were driving 100 mph according to all reports.

If the consequence of that reckless act was for one or more persons to die, I say better they than some innocent bystanders. That's an insight into how JW thinks. It may not be pretty but it is honest.
