Louis,

It would seem that your claims in the post I mentioned were represented as facts to you ( as you do quote your sources ). However, after further examining Plsia's claims to you on that date, something is amiss.

exchange2000.com

In your notice for the class action lawsuit above, you state, " in Plsia's 10-Q on June 30, Premier laser goes on record as having shipped NINE lasers. That is a marked difference from the seventy ( 70 ) orders that were quoted to you. Were they just not prepared to ship the other 61 in that additional one and one-half ( 1 & 1/2 ) month span.

I do not know too much about Plsia, but at a glance, what Plsia
claimed to you on May 14, and what actually happened are in stark contrast. If I were a shareholder, my lawsuit would be aimed at Plsia, not Pluvia.

It is hard to defend Steve Pluvia if he has lied about Plsia and the salesperson's claim of shipping no lasers, but who's information is closer to the truth, Premier's statement to you, or Pluvia's, that no lasers were shipped.

By the way, can you find out how many lasers were shipped as of now ? It still may be a good short candidate.

Regards and good luck to all,
Tom
