John, let's negotiate a different course.

A. For you:

1. The artists/authors of the spoof site 'Westergoof'
would agree to amend the site in such manner
that all 'Nazi' style photos would be removed.

2. No 'altered' photos would appear in the future.
You are welcome to submit others and no 'creative
re-touching' would be involved.

As the site has generated some PR for you in
a negative (albeit obviously light-hearted manner),
presenting yourself there in a positive light would
be even better -- more 'flies' with honey rather than
vinegar.

B. For us:

1. Since you are such good pals with George Will,
you'll get him to make a post at this thread which
specifically discusses his opinion regarding the ethical
propriety
of your bounty towards Pluvia. F. Lee Bailey
would be a good alternate if George isn't willing to go
to bat for you -- you're probably good pals with him as well.
(likely that you'll let us know about it in an upcoming
utterance of 'WesterWisdom')

2. You'll respond to the points made here:
techstocks.com

I expect you to specifically describe two simple points
brought forth by the aforementioned link:

a. How is the bounty ethically correct given that
'Steve' has not issued false statements (your own words).
b. Since you have likened Pluvia's methods to Barron's
A. Ableson, would you follow the same course of 'bounty'
action for him? Why?

I hope you consider this a fair deal, but I anxiously
await your carefully considered counter-offer if it is not.

-MrB

In advance, Cher would not be an acceptable alternate.
