you raise some very provocative points dan...
not the least of which is the unlikely coincidence of the ALEKSA
connection. further, you are correct: only a finally baseless
claim would fail to trigger effective legal procedure. in other words,
if the evidence exists, pulvia would have been called to account
some time ago.and finally, wester may whine all he wants about
his professional stature, but then how is it he would choose to
pursue this type of remedy, in this, of all possible forums. SI
is the site of the alleged transgression, yet its role still is to foment
discussion and exchange: what must we then properly assume by
wester's presence...that he had no choice, or that he expected
an outpouring of sentiment--favorable to him...OR that he is
actually COUNTING on the threads to discuss/ ...

you mention pulvia's manner, and the fact that while "right", he was
also mistaken as to stock price..

tell me dan, where have you used your parents address on a form?
do you remember the most recent uses? and tell me you do not
suspect the slightest complicity???

has anyone else considered the possible publicity angle to be the
desired end in itself? does it not seem plausible that this is much
ado about nothing, with increasingly hollow rings of protestation
from BOTH//?? OR is it simply late for me, and i am drawing
wholly absurd, and unthinkable conclusions?
