one carrier, an old one like Kennedy out of service We need to cut these and subs, and put more surface ships like the Marine Corp MEU in service, IMO. The Carriers are available, and will stay for that reason. The new ships cost so damn much that it is hard to justify building them. The ship building Unions get a fortune in wages.
