As Ron said "Seems like your implying that shareholders are chomping at the bit to enter into some litigation against GRNO."

Not at all, Ron - only explaining that the possibility exists - as I have no knowledge of the point of view of any shareholder other than has been expressed on this thread. Only laying out my views as to under what circumstances and timing shareholder litigation might become a reality.

And GRNO is not necessarily the target, as there may be other culpable parties - and GRNO's actions and motivations are as yet undisclosed.

You know Ron, I hope, that there are law firms who are highly skilled at finding shareholders to assist in such actions.

A 'moot' point is one that has already been resolved - as this clearly has not, although most people on this thread would clearly like it to be moot - myself included.

And there is a Catch-22.
If/when GRNO is successful, then there will be funds available for litigation, and settlement (and attornies fees).

On the other hand, if I had invested a significant amount in GRNO at prices from $4 to $10, based upon GRNO's press releases about multiple unit sales to a number of separate buyers from the US and abroad, then I might have a different view.
