Sam, the acquisition of MDRM is especially important because it is aimed at non-consumer applications. Substituting flash memory and related equipment for hard copy school texts creates the kind of constant demand that immunizes a company from the volatility of a purely consumer market. As the technology develops, it may indeed work for health care and personal information. Still, I wonder whether one can underline or highlight certain portions of the text--a practice I often do. A potential glut of flash memory? With developments like this, I doubt very much that we'll see a glut. Art
