Naked short selling is clearly fraudulent and should be a felony, hanging offense if you like that sort of thing ... that said, most of the ranting against it comes from promoters of non-reporting or pseudo-reporting crapstocks trading on the bb and pinksheets, so i don't really feel like commenting on it much .... i don't know that segb.ob is listed on the GEM, never thought about it since the original plan circa 2000 CE ...
