I didn't mean "wrong" in the sense of immoral. If your bank would charge 15% on a thousand dollar wire transfer, that would be $150. and $15000 on a hundred thousand. I don't know any bank in the US that charges that amount of money for a wire transfer, even to another country. Maybe you mean they charged you $15 on a $100 transfer?
