I previously posted my problems with e.schwab a few weeks ago. Nothing was resolved during my subsequent telephone conversations with the e.schwab "higher ups". I have prepared a civil complaint which is in the process of being filed.
PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS OF SCHWAB BEWARE: In your application form, you may want to DELETE the provision that requires that any disputes with e.schwab be handled by way of ARBITRATION. This is a standard (and as far as I can tell, NON-NEGOTIABLE) provision in their application. If you agree to ARBITRATION you will be giving up your rights to resolve the matter in a civil court and you will be forced to resolve your dispute in a forum of THEIR CHOICE.
I intend to post developments in my case against schwab to both this board as well as the board on aol.
