If we are to take on world dictators that really do pose a threat to America, why wouldn't we take on KNOWN possessors of both nuclear technology AND missile delivery systems that really can hit American coastal targets (unlike the BS WMD vapor-ware not really possessed by Saddam Hussein)?

Answer:

1) N Korea has no oil
2) Business likes the outsourcing of American jobs to China.
3) Even the neo-con artists wouldn't want to risk mixing it up with China, a bona fide nuclear power.
4) All the above
