This company had TWO quarters in a row of analysts lowering estimates.
Certainly that is not a good thing for a young company and analysts
would probably like to see a couple of clean quarters before pushing
the stock again.

The company's telecommunications practice is behind plan and that is
the primary reason for the earnings shortfall. Other parts of the
company are doing well and the company has hired the staff required
to continue growing the company. The stock is cheap relative to its
peers and growth rate. IF the company can meet estimates for a couple
of quarters they should do well.
