I just tried to get some FS to short at FIDO. They said they don't have any and would have to go outside to borrow it. They won't do it unless I borrow $100k worth, and the are going to charge me a 2% fee.

I've read about this kind of problem getting stock before, but it's never happened to me. Yahoo shows only 7% of the float short. Has anyone else had a similar problem?
