Dave --

I won't be an SI member until October so I can't put a message on
ALYD's thread. However, since I have something to say about the
on-going debate, I'd appreciate it if you would put this message
on ALYD's thread as is, including this introductory paragraph.

Thanks much,

Ed.

TO ALL:

I own both IAIC and ALYD (more ALYD) and I applaud Matt Hale's
posts. He should keep hammering away until he gets an answer
from Jeff Mitchell. or whomever, about how ALYD will raise cash
for their expansion if they've issued their full authorization of
about 20 million shares. A guy by the name of Gerald Understood
told Matt to "buzz off." This guy Underwood must be an idiot; he
doesn't comprehend that Matt's doing all of us a distinct service
(even if he's an IAIC plant -- which I don't believe). No one's
forcing Underwood to read Matt's posts. IMO Matt is raising some
solid points and should continue to raise them until someone
comes up with a good answer (which may entail calling ALYD's
CEO).

People who wish to curtail debate because they find the content
disruptive of their world view, just do NOT get it. What makes
the thread useful for our collective objective -- namely, TO MAKE
MONEY -- is the full airing of diverse opinions. Anything which
negates the free flow of opinion, makes us collectively less
clever -- less able to make schrewd investment decisions.

Once again, I praise Matt and respect Jeff. Underwood's O.K., I
suppose -- maybe a little immature and therefore lacking a deep
appreciation of the value of free speech.

But Jeff: let's face it; Matt has a made a very good point. I
suggest you give ALYD's CEO a call and try to get the answer.
