HEYSEK UPDATE: 1/3/05: I won all 8 cases in Palo Alto Small Claims Court (1pm at 270 Grant Av). It was a contested case, i.e., Tom showed up to argue his side. Prior to that, I won 10 on default. So Heysek now owes me about $47,000 plus interest. junkfax.org
