That is a good question and I asked a former missionary that works for us what prayers did Jesus say when he went into the desert for forty days and forty nights, his response was his very act of living was a prayer.

Jesus taught passive and active resistance and unconditional love and forgiveness. This same love was shown to you by Grainne in letting you post here again. You see Jewel there really is a God and your posts here are proof of that.
