Dale, "If the prosecution can connect all the dots in their case, the only tactic left for their defense is the "well it was legal anyway" theme or the even lamer "well we thought it was OK even if it wasn't"." I'm not sure. Royer seemingly suggested in his statement that he didnt' know what Mr. Elgindy going to use the information for. For an FBI agent this is a surprising lack of curiosity. Didn't they both profit from the information....or did I misread?
