Yes, I agree, CFV has the same appreciation potential as MPV, however, if for some reason a shareholder wishes to liquidate prior to a DB's offer, CFV's low volume makes a quick exit without a loss somewhat problematic.

For that reason, I am usually very reluctant to hold a large position in a play with an extremely small float unless there are other factors mitigating downside risk.
