What I can remember they have to pay 1 million per year so they can call the Arena Corel Centre. There is talk about the Senators moving so if they do I'm not sure but I would guess the contract would be null and void. So all the people that think this is a bad investment start hoping that the Senators move from Ottawa. Mike
