First of all, I suggest you learn the difference between an order, a booking, and a sale (laser ships).

Secondly, I am not defending the veracity of the claims made to me. All I am saying is, someone (Premier or Pluvia) appears to have published factually incorrect information. Current and former shareholders need to find out who has and who hasn't - hopefully with an attorney and the SEC's help.
