That's because it's not. The stories are picked up at the news agency by a reporter (Dow Jones, etc.), and the headlines are issued as sort of abstracts. It means "wake up, news coming!". There is no story, it's merely the headline.

I find exactly the opposite.... the Schwab feed beats Yahoo, which is damn fast. I do very well, focusing on the SSP news feed. I'm occasionally trading for a few seconds before ANYONE else catches it.

Today, however, I did encounter a situation where a headline made it to Schwab and the story followed much later......
