The rate increases are shocking to me. It doesnt make any sense to me that they will allow these type of rate increases while at the same time trying to decrease medicare and medicaid payments to physicians. I probably need remedial insurance 101 but I seem to remember that a combined ratio of over 100 wasnt that good. Is that par for medical insurance or low?
