see pages 12-13 in the article posted by Data Rox regarding essential Qualcomm patents re: OFDM vertikalgroup.net in response to "I doubt that QUALCOMM has much of a position in OFDM" articles states"we believe Qualcomm has over 250 OFDM filings in place at this time" whether they are essential or not to induce royalties remain to be seen
