Royer is a poster child for why attorneys often tell their clients not to testify on their own behalf. Whether it was more of a case of a) Elgindy taking advantage of Royer for inside information or b) Royer using Elgindy to help make money, might make a big difference in how the jury makes their decision regarding each person. Royer is doing his best to imply it was "b". - Jeff
