I don't see how Royer's act plays well with a jury - but I am not sitting there listening all day.

We know from numerous accounts that Anthony was a self-serving liar; now his co-defendant dances around contradictions in his testimony, used a fake case number to hide some database queries, impersonated an agent after he left the FBI and collaborated with another FBI agent to get confidential information once he left the Bureau.

The jury should trust this guy's assertion that he was an honest crusader - why?

Seems like Royer would have done better to follow Anthony's example and not open his mouth wide enough to stick his foot in it. He sounds like an Anthony wannabe, which is probably how they ended up together.

JMHO.
