The first Dustin S OCoilain registered on February 25, 2004 listing his residence as 77 S Washington St, The Compass Center homeless shelter. The second Dustin S OCoilain registered on September 22, 2004 listing his residence as 500 4th Ave, Room 553, the King County Elections office.
