Now I've read the analysis of patents and so on and they too think that Flarion and others can proceed with OFDM without hindrance from QUALCOMM, although QCOM has a bunch of OFDM patents.

The report says much the same as has been concluded in SI over the years, though it gives interesting detail.

Note the 802.11n, which I suspect is going to be big time in the WiFi business.
