Hedge, all the points you raise on dead-on target. But, in an overly litigious society, 'Nanny' and anyone else has the right to sue, and since these boards are still free from ridiculous constraints, 'Nanny' has the right to threaten, to go from cheerful and chirpy in one post to bellicose in the next. Obviously, I disagree with some posts on this board but it would never enter my mind to sue because of a difference of opinion. If the several class actions suits vs. PRST are seen by many as frivilous, what does that make of 'Nanny's' threat to sue some on this board? How would such a suit be characterized? Thanks for a sane and sober post.
