John, NT always said and repeated they would commence fillings on Jan 10. Today, NT reiterated that same statement. Why people, news feeds and some Canadian trash newspapers report otherwise is beyond me. I think part of the problem is that some people and reporters can't read and should never have been allowed to graduate grade school.
